Holbrow Brookes is a Birmingham-based practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors providing professional consultancy services to a wide range of clients in the construction industry since 1922.
Value management is the essence of everything we do, underpinned by sound understanding of the capital and revenue costs of construction. At the forefront of innovations in building procurement, we have developed a wide range of consultancy services - we strive to continually improve upon the high professional standards for which we have long been known.
As project manager, employer’s agent, client’s representative or quantity surveyor, we ensure that requirements are clearly defined, understood and implemented, enabling project delivery on time, to agreed costs and specification. These core services are supplemented by a wide range of specialist activities developed to meet specific requirements - including PFI consultancy, partnering advice and an array of other construction consultancy services.
We have invested in purpose-built offices and modern IT facilities, but our greatest investment is in our staff - we provide training at all levels, actively supporting our people through their education, professional qualification, and continuing professional development.
